In addition to supplying a collection of reliable, cost effective, services, ITSP work in partnership with their clients in order to help them achieve their goals through the effective use of IT. We specialise in maintenance and support and offer regular on-site visits, impartial consultation and effective application support.

Our support is available in three basic types:

 

Onsite Support Agreements

Suitable for organisations that like to have an engineer onsite to deal with technical problems.

Remote Support Agreements

When you dont want to commit to an onsite agreement we can offer a telphone and remote support service. With this service we can with your agreement, take control of your desktop screen and work with you to resolve problems directly.

 

Pay As You Go Support

When an annual agreement is not suitable we offer Pay as You Go support. With this service you get the same high level of technical help but you have to take pot luck with the reponse times. In most cases you will get help within a few hours but in busy times our annual support customers will come first. If you can live with some delay then this is the service for you.

 

Free System Audit

Our free system audit will help highlight the areas which need the most attention and you, the client, decide how much of your system we support. This could range from critical systems only to fully comprehensive cover.
