Our support is available in three basic types: Onsite Support AgreementsSuitable for organisations that like to have an engineer onsite to deal with technical problems.Remote Support AgreementsWhen you dont want to commit to an onsite agreement we can offer a telphone and remote support service. With this service we can with your agreement, take control of your desktop screen and work with you to resolve problems directly. Pay As You Go SupportWhen an annual agreement is not suitable we offer Pay as You Go support. With this service you get the same high level of technical help but you have to take pot luck with the reponse times. In most cases you will get help within a few hours but in busy times our annual support customers will come first. If you can live with some delay then this is the service for you.
