IT Support Internship

We currently have an intern (unpaid) position in our IT supporrt team. This role would suit a graduate who wants to gain experience working in a challenging technical environment. The position will last for three months and then depending on performance there is the possibility of for extension. We would prefer to have candidates who are currently resident in the Cambridge area.

Responsibilites

• First line user support
• Server Support
• Monitoring of system backups
• PC and Server installations
• Assist on projects as required

Qualifications

• Engineering or Computer Science degree
• Familiarity with Windows Operating Systems
• Attention to detail, good organisational skills and self motivated
• Interest in learning new IT skills
